Hi, I am starting this blog with an aim to have proper diet for a healthy living. Most people thinks, we eat to live but someone has well said, what you sow you reap. In the same way, what you consume, your body will respond accordingly. By practising a healthy diet, many of the known health issues can be avoided. A poor diet may have an injurious impact on health, causing deficiency diseases such as diabetes.
So, from here onwards, we will discuss the nutritious diet for health.....
